Job Description: Spanish Bilingual Intake Specialist

Kitay Law Offices is looking for an energetic self-starter with a positive attitude to serve as an Intake Specialist. If you have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and highly value providing excellent customer service, this position is for you.

Minimum Qualifications
This is a full-time position, which is located primarily at our Wyomissing or Allentown, PA locations. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Extensive client communication and customer service, including both inbound and outbound calls
- Developing relationships with potential clients through the intake process
- Translating/interpreting from English to Spanish and vice versa on a daily basis, both in writing and verbally
- Maintaining high quality standards

Preferred Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Full Spanish/English bilingual abilities, both in writing and verbally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work overtime on an as-needed basis
- 1+ years of experience in a law office setting a plus, but not required
- 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
