Job Description: Social Media Intern

Kitay Law Offices is seeking a social media intern, who lives in the Berks and or Lehigh County area, to help develop and execute social media strategies which align with the law firm’s marketing goals. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain real world experience from a team of seasoned marketing professionals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Creating and curating content which will assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies
  • Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
  • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Preferred Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications/experience:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, social media, or related field
  • 1-2 years of social media experience
  • Familiar with social media management platforms, such as Hootsuite or Loomly
  • Comfortable with working in Microsoft Office
  • Entry level experience determining how to target marketing campaigns to a unique audience
  • Ability work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required
