Job Description: Personal Injury Attorney
Kitay Law Offices is seeking a driven, results-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of a defined caseload, guiding clients from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate Will
- Bring 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with a strong foundation in handling cases from start to finish
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage a caseload, from intake through resolution, including litigation
- Possess strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills to drive successful outcomes
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities when working with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
- Have hands-on experience with trial preparation, depositions, and negotiations
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Juris Doctorate Degree Required
- Active Pennsylvania Bar License Required
- 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
