Kitay Law Offices is seeking a driven, results-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of a defined caseload, guiding clients from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate Will

  • Bring 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with a strong foundation in handling cases from start to finish
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently manage a caseload, from intake through resolution, including litigation
  • Possess strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills to drive successful outcomes
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities when working with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
  • Have hands-on experience with trial preparation, depositions, and negotiations

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Juris Doctorate Degree Required
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar License Required
  • 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience
