Our Undergraduate Legal Internship offers students the opportunity to explore the legal field from inside one of Pennsylvania’s most client‑focused, values‑driven law firms.

Interns at our Wyomissing office receive a structured, immersive experience that blends professional development, legal observation, practical skills training, and project-based learning across multiple departments.

About the Program

This paid internship provides a comprehensive introduction to the inner workings of a law firm specializing in criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. Interns rotate through key departments and gain valuable insights into the legal process, case workflows, and the client-centered approach that guides our work.

You’ll learn directly from attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and operational staff—while strengthening professional skills that support future academic or career pursuits.

What You’ll Experience

Shadowing opportunities with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals
Observation of client meetings, hearings, and depositions (when permitted)
Hands-on assistance with case organization, evidence preparation, and document drafting
Guided training in confidentiality, legal ethics, client interaction, and office professionalism
A capstone project that connects your learning to a real operational need at the firm
Ongoing mentorship and check-ins with our Professional Development Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

Current undergraduate student (associate or bachelor’s program).

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong interest in law, criminal justice, public service, paralegal, or related fields
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

Compensation

• This position is a temporary, part-time, limited assignment and does not qualify for benefits.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills may be considered in hourly rate.
