Job Description: Spanish Bilingual Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist (Allentown)

As the Intake Specialist & Legal Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients (PNCs), creating meaningful and lasting impressions while helping individuals navigate the first steps of their legal journey. This front desk, in-person role is essential to ensure every inquiry receives prompt, professional, and empathetic attention.
Minimum Qualifications
This is a full-time position, which is located at our Allentown, PA location. As a Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Client Communication
- Case Screening
- Scheduling & Coordinating
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Referral Management
- Follow-up

Preferred Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Full Spanish/English bilingual abilities, both in writing and verbally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work overtime on an as-needed basis
- 1+ years of experience in a law office setting a plus, but not required
- 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
