We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Recruiter and Professional Development Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
As the In-House Recruiter and Professional Development Specialist, you will play a key role in growing and developing our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting job, internship, and clerkship opportunities across various platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with institutions of higher learning.
- Representing Kitay Law Offices at job fairs, career events, and similar opportunities.
- Screening candidates, administering skills assessments, and scheduling interviews.
- Ensuring the completion of required job application materials and background checks.
- Creating, administering, monitoring, and supervising internship and clerkship programs.
- Collaborating with career development staff to ensure compliance with school program requirements.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- Reading, PA 19610 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Reading, PA 19610: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Compensation
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. Benefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, and vision insurance.
