Job Description: JD Student Summer Internship (Allentown)

At Kitay Law Offices, we believe in developing the next generation of compassionate, skillful attorneys. Our JD Student Internship offers law students hands‑on experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and workers’ compensation, all while working directly with an attorney mentor.

Interns gain exposure to real cases, real clients, and real courtroom environments—building advanced skills in legal research, writing, advocacy, and professional communication. You’ll assist with drafting motions and briefs, observing hearings and trials, participating in case strategy discussions, and supporting client interviews.

Juris Doctor (JD) Student

  • Clear and professional communications with clients, attorneys, court staff, and witnesses.
  • Take ownership of work and feedback.
  • Open to learning tools needed for the internship (e.g., Legal Software, Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Research Tools).

Compensation

This internship is an hourly, part-time, summer internship and does not qualify for benefits.
