Biography
Eric J. Moncher is an Associate Attorney at Kitay Law Offices, serving clients throughout Pennsylvania.
Eric earned his Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2020. Before law school, he graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. He is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Before joining Kitay Law Offices, Eric gained valuable legal experience serving as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Benjamin Morgan at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division. Following his clerkship, he practiced insurance defense with a focus on first-party property litigation.
Eric brings a unique perspective to his legal practice, backed by significant experience in project management and construction supervision. Prior to his legal career, he traveled nationwide to oversee complex construction initiatives at nuclear power facilities. He holds an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification. This hands-on background provides him with practical insight into workplace conditions, safety protocols, and the physically demanding labor often central to workers’ compensation matters.

In his free time, Eric enjoys playing the guitar and hiking around the Poconos—preferably without generating too many noise complaints or requiring a search-and-rescue effort. An interesting fact about Eric is that he has only seen the Pacific Ocean from the eastern side, during a trip to Japan.
