On November 17, 2025, our Recruiter & Professional Development Specialist, Hope Migliaccio, visited the Criminal Justice Department at Penn State Berks. The session was designed to connect directly with students, offering them a clear-eyed view of what it takes to build a successful career in today’s competitive legal landscape.
Hope, who brings a rich background in education and leadership to her role, shared invaluable advice drawn from her extensive experience. Before joining Kitay Law Offices, she spent over three decades in the education sector, including 15 years as a Middle School Principal. This unique perspective allows her to effectively identify and nurture talent, making her a powerful resource for students embarking on their professional journeys.
